• 4 x per week feedback in your dedicated learning platform. 
• Answers to questions, video analysis and review. 

Most clients work with me for 3-6 months, but you are welcome to continue working with me as long as you need to feel safe and confident going it alone.

All monthly coaching packages are valid for 30 days unless otherwise agreed between myself and the client. I allow for rescheduling once within a 30 day period. Refunds are not available once coaching has commenced.
